Cultural feats Like Chau Dance, Folk singing etc were performed by team & family members for key foreign visitors & Clients.

This is worth mentioning that some of the major productivity improvement KAIZEN activity were possible only because of motivated team. Many Practical design inputs are given by everyone in the company.

 

Leadership

 

Nalin Rubber is a professionally managed company. NRPL team is a highly motivated & Target oriented team where key employees are associated for years. The closely knit team is lead by promoter & Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) Mr. R.K. Sinha, a Rubber Technologist with more than 4 decades of experience in various fields of rubber. Day to day Management is led by young Director Mr. Dibyanshu Sinha, Mech. Engg., M.Tech (Rubber Technology), IIT Kharagpur. He and his team have been involved in Designing prestigious products, Evolving new systems, publishing technical articles and providing technical sessions at various institutes including Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. The Design & Development Is the key passion for Sr. GM, Mr. Sukumar Chakraborty. Process Engineering & Quality System is targeted for highest global standards by our head Technologist and Quality Head Mr. Prashant Srivastav. Achieving higher productivity & zero defect is the craze for production team lead by Mr. A. Mistry & Mr. Mukesh Singh.Getting customer delight with perfect marketing is the charm of teams lead by Mr. Akhilesh Mishra, Mr. S.P. Singh & Mr. P.K. Singh.Just in Time Delivery of articles in best packaging after PDI is confirmed by Mr. A. Batsa and Mr. Gangesh Giri. Mr. NG Sarkar with Product & Tool Design Experience for more than 30 Years leads the team of Design, Tooling Development & Products Development. An experienced and able team is available for other functions like Quality Control, Production, Maintenance, Inventory & store Management (Mr. S Pal), Finance (Mr. Amit Verma), HRM (Ms. Lata) etc. Sufficient thrust is imparted for training work force at all levels to grasp technical advancements and to improve and consolidate our lead over the global competitors.
